Which herbs for you?

Today, it is so simple to run to the grocery store and select from the hundreds of herbal supplements on the shelf.  But which one is right for YOU?  There is no simple answer to that since we are all unique individuals.  Plus, how do you know what you are getting in those bottles is good stuff and not packed with fillers, been sitting on the shelf forever, and brought to you by a machine instead of the individual attention you need?

When I first started with herbs, as I read, I did this.  Every time I saw an herb that did this for this or that for that, I ran to the store and bought it.  The result? Nothing.  Well, nothing but a dip in the bank account.  I discovered a few herbs that resonate with me, did more for my body and spirit then a cabinet full of pills.  My favorites for me, for every day healing are lavender and rosemary.  Lavender because of my stress (who doesn't have stress and lavender is so universal!), rosemary for my brain (I'm such a bookworm and always studying).  Most people have their herb they connect with, and once you find it, you keep it close.
