Taking herbal remedies in a fluid extract preparation is simple. The tincture can be measured in a small ml medicine cup or spoon, and the tincture can be taken directly. Some people find the tincture taste to be too strong, so it may be diluted in water or fruit juice.
Shake Well Before Using
Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, 2 to 5 times per day. Best taken between meals.
Store away from heat & light. Not recommended for use while pregnant, breastfeeding, or with the use of barbituates, sedative pharmaceuticals or MAOI's. Not advisable to drive or operate heavy machinery after use.
