Returns Policy
Since products are for health and beauty, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened and used items. But please Contact Us if you have any problems with your order. Include your order number and details about the product you are having an issue with. We will respond quickly to discuss a resolution.
Shipping
The estimated shipping time for most products is 1 - 3 business days. For products which need to be made upon order, there is a shipping time of 3 - 5 business days. These products include, but not limited to, gummies, creams and some rubs. Note: for heat sensitive items, shipping may be delayed a couple of days if there is any indication of high heat between here and your area during the time of shipment. Layovers in mailrooms and airports are not good for the stability of natural products. Although there is no control over delivery times of the postal service, all orders are tracked from the time they leave until they arrive at your door.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of items. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
