For the start of congestion. Place in the shower where the water will just barely hit but not directly under shower head. You can sprinkle a little bit on the steamer to get it started. This way your disk won't wash away in 30 seconds.
INGREDIENTS: Baking Soda, Arrowroot Powder, Distilled water, Essential oils of Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Wintergreen and Lavender
Each disk is about 1 ounce each and will last for one shower.
