DIRECTIONS
Shake before use. The first week, place 1/2 dropper bulb squeeze under your tongue for one minute, then swallow. Starting the second week, one full dropper bulb squeeze can be used if needed. The extract can also be added to water or juice. Up to 3 times per day.
